The Executive Team that was elected in November 2007 has secured funding from the Party to run our first ever Retreat!!  The overnight trip is part of our continuing programme of bringing members together to get to know each other, encourage them to get more involved with AY and the Party in general and gives us an opportunity to plan for the year ahead.   Based at the Barholm Guesthouse in Portaferry, we will be taking part of the place over on Friday evening and Saturday morning to run our Annual General Meeting for 2008/9, hear from Officers on their plans for the coming year and enjoy the craic that will be our Executive Director Gerry Lynch and Michael Campbell as they show us how to electioneer properly.   All members are very much encouraged to come along.  We need your support if we are to secure funding for future events such as these.  The total cost of the overnight stay is £10 and this should be forwarded to Johnny Chivers or any other Executive Member as soon as possible.  Ideally, we would like firm numbers for the weekend by FRIDAY 1 FEBRUARY 2008 but the sooner members can confirm the better.
